I love my Savior, Jesus Christ. I love His gospel and I love His church! I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My faith is so much a part of who I am, it touches every aspect of my life and influences all of my decisions. I try every day to honestly live by the things I believe. A lot of times, pondering my behavior and the doctrines of the gospel will call me to repentance in how I live and treat others. I recognize places where I need to change, the way I am thinking, the way I am behaving, or sometimes my current belief about a situation or a person. Because I know of God's love for me and all of us, I am motivated to change and I know it is possible. Repentance really is just change---changing what is wrong, bad, or not working, for what is right, good, and works to make us all better people. My faith does that for me.
I am totally open to discussing my beliefs, but not arguing about them. Feel free to ask me a question. I reserve the right to discontinue discussions if they are not focused in a positive direction. Here is the link to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints home page. I love that I can go into the search bar and type in anything I want to know about and I can read the words of the prophets for our days. I teach my children to look up questions they have and we discuss what they find. That way they are learning how to access that information for themselves and it will help them in their own lives.
